The oil mill works in a continuous cycle, with the use of an innovative system that aims obtaining the best quality of the product working at a temperature lower than 27°C. The paste has as  less contact as possible with oxygen, thus to reduce the oxygenation process that would damage the product. The modernity of the machinery together with the healthier Tuscany tradition and the high quality of the fruits guarantee a valuable product with  authentic and unaltered sensory characteristics.
