since the beginning
We respect the olive tree since
the beginning and until the most intense phase of its productivity,
thus to guarantee the quality and the high value of our product.
We avoid then the use of chemical pesticides, nitrogenous fertilizer
and every kind of toxic substances that can cause toxicity in the
final product. We take care of the single tree and of its pruning,
which is made regularly and with high competence in order to have
the highest productivity avoiding the possible diseases. The harvesting
is handmade and prior to the complete ripening of the olives. The
olives pressing is done within twenty-four hours from the harvesting,
so that freshness and integrity of the fruits are preserved.
